Our Story

The company was established due to research carried out by Boys & Girls Clubs (NI). The charity used their extensive membership network to investigate how third sector organisations measure success and capture value. The findings uncovered that youth workers are under-reporting on charitable activities due to the administration involved and lack of awareness of business-related concepts that can improve their ability to demonstrate impact. Follow up research was conducted, and organisations were issued with a self-assessment tool to evaluate competency across marketing, community involvement, financial management, governance, and HR. While some of these yielded positive results, others demonstrated a need for intervention.

The company boasts a network of trained professionals with a wealth of experience in the following areas: finance, marketing, operational management, fundraising support, training & HR support. At present, we have 25 volunteers that are passionate and committed about creating change and strengthening the capacity of the community and voluntary sector.

Our Mission

Our mission is to transform the youth and community sector by upskilling young people, volunteers, and youth workers through a variety of inter-related training programmes. This will enhance the quality of services, and ensure that youth practitioners have the skills, knowledge, and capabilities to create lasting change with their young people and transform their communities.
